I’m Jeremy Fraser, the founder and head coach of Catalyst Strength & Physique Coaching. I provide extensive training and diet coaching based on science and practical experience.
Qualified
I have numerous qualifications including a Masters in Science (Exercise and Sports Science) which specialised in strength gain between different programmes for powerlifting, and majored in nutrition during my undergraduate study. Bodybuilding preparation, powerlifting coaching, and nutrition are my specialties!
Experienced
I’ve coached many powerlifters and bodybuilders to achieve success within their sport. I also assist those looking to lose bodyfat, increase muscle mass, or become healthier in general without competing. I am a former NZ record holder (2016-2018) for the squat, deadlift, and total in the 66kg Junior class within the New Zealand Powerlifting Federation.
Local And Online
My coaching and nutrition services are offered both online and at Catalyst Strength, Hobart (Tasmania, Australia). I provide in person training, diet consultations, and many more services. I provide extensive online coaching with communication through email, videos, and messaging to assist and guide you as much as possible.
